NCAA Season 75 is the 1999–2000 season of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines), which was hosted by Jose Rizal College.

The NCAA season opened on July 18, 1999 at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig, with Jose Rizal College as the host. Vintage Television aired the games for the third consecutive season via the Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation.[1]
