Pasta allo scarpariello
Pasta allo scarpariello is a traditional Italian pasta dish from the city of Naples.[1][2] It is typically made with spaghetti, tomatoes, pecorino romano, Parmesan, basil, chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt.[3] In Campania, it's also made with scialatielli pasta and yellow tomatoes.[4]
