South Solok Regency

South Solok Regency (Indonesian: Kabupaten Solok Selatan) is a landlocked regency (kabupaten) of West Sumatra province, Indonesia. It covers an area of 3,282.14 km2, and had a population of 144,281 at the 2010 Census[2] and 182,027 at the 2020 Census;[3] the official estimate as at mid 2023 was 191,540 - comprising 97,420 males and 94,120 females.[1] The seat of the administration is the town of Padang Aro.
