Surfing in Peru
Surf locations in Peru include Máncora, along with the world's longest left-hand point break at Puerto Chicama. Located on Peru's northern coast, Chicama's wave stretches for over 4 kilometers.[1][2][3]
Competitions
Peru hosts several international surf competitions. These include the Peru International Surfing Championship, the World Surfing Championship (1965), and the Peru National Surf Circuit.
