Thadal

Thadal (Sindhi: ٿاڌل‎) is a cooling and energizing drink, used by the pehlwan of the Sindh province in Pakistan.[1] The drink keeps the wrestler's liver cool during fights and exercises.[2] The drink is prepared using ground char magaz, dry fruits, pepper and almonds.
