History
The club was founded in 1935.
In 2020, the club were champions of the Rhondda & District League, getting promoted to the South Wales Alliance League Division Two.[1]
The club competed in the 2023–24 Welsh Cup, getting to the second qualifying round, where they lost on penalties to Mumbles Rangers.[2]
Treherbert BGC finished third in the 2023–24 South Wales Alliance League Premier Division, getting promoted to the Ardal Leagues.
