History
On February 1, 2024, UCI Health which is part of the University of California, Irvine agreed to purchase Fountain Valley Regional Hospital from Tenet Healthcare.[1][2][3][4]
On March 27, 2024, UCI Health officially took over the management of Fountain Valley Hospital[5][6][7] and rebranded it to UCI Health - Fountain Valley.[7]
