Incumbent Public Lands Commissioner Hillary Franz, elected in 2016 and reelected in 2020, is not seeking re-election to a third term in office. She initially chose to run for governor, later dropping out of that race to instead run for U.S. House.[1]
Primary elections will take place on August 6, 2024.[2]
